The process was way longer than I expected it to be, but the staff kept me well informed about repairs, and gave a correct estimate on the finish date. I would definitely recommend using caliber collision. It was also super convenient that the rental car place is across the street.

I went to Caliber Collision as a result of the accident caused by the other driver in an accident. GEICO screwed up things on the backend, but Floyd and the team at Caliber Collision made things right. In our experience, we had exceptional workmanship and professional service from start to finish. Caliber Collision handled everything professionally and kept us informed throughout the repair. An outstanding shop that I would absolutely use again.

At Caliber Collision in Cedar Rapids, I was first greeted by two women who were efficient, nice and welcoming. I had brought in my car which had been vandalized with paint. A gentleman named Floyd inspected and printed out an estimate of repair. Then he began to show me how I could get some of the paint off. Soon another employee was joining him, removing some of the paint. Before I knew it they had all the paint removed and even asked me if I would like the car washed. No charge. They said they have a love of cars and do not like to see one vandalized in this manner. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision and use it if I have any future needs.
