John is wonderful! We own a small business and called BDH when our main computer crashed. He came to our rescue, retrieved years worth of data, maintained attentive communication and set us up with a new computer in less than a week. All done a very reasonable rate!

Today Nathan, the tech manager, earned my 5star rating for going the extra mile to help me with a computer virus problem. My problem was urgent. So when I called and explained it the best I could, I was most impressed that he stopped what he was doing, figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot remotely. And I was not a previous customer. That is superior service.
