We were greeted cordially and promptly when we came onto the dealership lot. Joe Bobst was the Sales Consultant who greeted us and then LISTENED to what we were looking for and what our issues with other makes and models of vehicles have been. He matched us to the Tiguan and took us for a test drive, making sure both my husband and I were comfortable and had our questions answered. Then Sebastian Hansen, the General Sales Manager stepped in and helped us with turning in/purchasing our previous leased vehicle. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and above all LISTENED to us.

Wife and I bought a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas from here. Wanted a very popular and apparently hard to find color combo(white on black rims). I had 2 other VW dealers trying for 3 months to get what we wanted. Called Witham and spoke to Scott, within a week and half he called me back saying they found one and told us when it would be there. Got the financing done and drove to trade our current SUV in. Met with Connor who set up the financing and he introduced us to Lu. I cannot remember the lady who did the financing but she was great! She made sure we knew each facet of our loan and was extremely helpful! She claimed she was new but i would’ve guess she was a seasoned vet...read full review
