Also, the UnityPoint Clinic Psychiatry is a very well maintained facility. Everyone is kind and welcoming to me there. Jasmine at the front desk is very helpful and courteous.

I don’t get all the 1 stars.. I have been to many many physiatrist this is the only one I feel super comfortable. Shawn is a great guy truly cares about me and the only one I’ve had that truly listens.! My therapist also great, I’ve had 2 appointments with him and has drove me in the right direction on life perspectives that I felt hopeless on. Great place highly recommended by me!!
Using the MyChart app to request an appointment will not work. Even though when you call the clinic it says you can. This is because it is the same automated message for all the clinics. You HAVE to call to make an appointment at this location.
