I have been the Culture Manager for Hagie Manufacturing for the last 5 years. Every year it felt like we changed our review process and every year when we got done, it felt like it was a waste of time and we really didn't get to the issues we needed. We have great employees here and it was hard to find ways to lift them up. Now that we are on Threads, every person knows exactly what they are measured on.
