I had purchased a tanning deal going on and was supposed to use it that day but didn't realize it. So 3 days later I went in and it had expired. The girl at the counter was soooo nice and made an exception so I wasn't out the money and I appreciated it so much and will read the fine print from now on!Thanks so much
Best place to tan, all of the desk gals are very friendly. They take the time to get to know you personally. They greet you by name and always have smiles on their faces. I would highly reccommed tanning here.Service: Tanning
I would like to give Sun Tan City in Cedar Falls 5 stars because I will admit I went in today and was a rude customer. I say this because I work at that Kohl's across the parking lot and hate when I have to deal with people that treat employees like I did. It all started with her asking the lotion I use. I get mine from Ulta for about $10 because I can't afford a lot of their lotions at Sun Tan City. She told me I couldn't use it because it had oils that crack their acrylic. Instead of understanding that she was following policy I got mad and I regret that. She was so kind and helped me find a bronzer for about $30 because she understood I have a tight budget. I never got her name but she was working around noon on New Year's Eve. I would like to thank her for putting up with my attitude.
