She took the time to ask him lots of questions, made sure he felt comfortable, and never rushed the process. Her calm and friendly approach really put him at ease. “I have always enjoyed getting my nails done at Luxe! I only get them done very seldom & know they will do a good job! With that being said, last week when I went with a friend it felt like we were being rushed through every step!! I know the more they do the more $ but I’m afraid if my next experience feels rushed I won’t be returning! It was my friend’s first time there & I was a little embarrassed because I told her what a great place it was. They need to slow it down a bit and maybe quiet it down a little bit also so it can be a bit more relaxing! I have my own nails but do an acrylic overlay with gel polish. She very professional and friendly. I'm not afraid to ask questions and she always gives me advice.
