I used the Great Clips app to check in and followed the estimated time based on number of check-ins. When I arrived I was seated and haircut completed and out the door in ten minutes.
I went here after I got a bad haircut at a different (non-Great Clips) place. The hairstylist was so nice and fixed my hair, and now it looks great! Will definitely go here for my next hair cut! I wish I could remember the womans name who cut my fiences hair, but it was late afternoon at the cedar falls viking rd location and she was so amazing and her customer service was spectacular. She had us laughing so hard as we were leaving...she was "real" didn't act fake. Plus, she did an amazing hair cut for my fiences...mmmmm
