Compared to other CM systems I've used with previous jobs, Agency Bloc is very simple to use and user friendly. I appreciate that they are working on integrating with some of the other agent systems we use as well, which will make it even easier to use. They do a good job keeping up with requirements from Medicare and have integrated digital Scope of Appointment forms and now Rx collect that make it easy to collect the required information needed to meet with clients. I have also had to get help with questions from their customer service team, and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall I think this is a great system for any agent to use.
