Ordered bouquet of flowers for my wife for her birthday - as she’s been ill. The company changed my flower selection first from tulips to a random bunch. Fine. Never delivered at all - chat with customer service and said I’d get a refund. Never got that either. Have tried follow up to only get runaround. Terrible company - too many options to waste time with this group. Stay away.
