Due to incorrectly entering my appointment time in my phone, I was two hours late. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. I was able to get my extension consultation done and booked the appointment for the installation. Every staff member I was in contact with was polite, friendly and professional.

Stylist was Bailee. Friendly, efficient. This is the best haircut I've had in a few years. I'm a travel nurse you never know what your going to get when you go to a salon thats new to you. This salon is fabulous! Exceptional service. Thanks!!

Loved my experience at Promesing Image. Kenzie was so nice and did a fantastic job coloring my hair. I have long, fine hair (which is usually really hard to deal with) and she did a great job, making it so easy. I showed her an image of what I was looking to do and it turned out just like I wanted!
