I love ace hardware! Butttt 14.99 for a cool cat needoh? ABSURD. I could go to walgreens or walmart and get the same exact one for 5.99. But hopefully that was just a miss print. Otherwise super friendly staff and they pick up the phone quickly.
Extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not in a hurry. Wanted to be sure all our questions were answered. Showed us products in the store based on our questions. Even offered to help load our purchases into our car.
Had a great experience. Also slightly awkward, if management wanted to reach out about the awkward part. I felt a little profiled due to my looks by one associate. The other associate was fantastic. I'm a business owner and just needed tools asap. Pretty decent experience, I just don't get profiled much.
