They had closed, locked the doors and had their coats on to leave for the holiday. When they saw me out the window, they opened up to help me...with smiles on their faces! We all know the feeling of already being past quitting time and having to stick around late..it's not the easiest thing to do. They did it and it made an amazing impression on me.
