They were wonderful with her and she was absolutely beautiful after her spa day. They are very helpful and courteous, sending 2 text reminders of your appointment with specific time (never a half hour time frame) beforehand. They will cancel your appointment if you are late. This is reasonable, as all of their other appointments for the day shouldn’t have to wait just because you couldn’t be on time. I highly recommend.“
