Friendly, professional staff and clean atmosphere. I brought my adult German shepherd here. She is very anxious and had never been groomed before. They were wonderful with her and she was absolutely beautiful after her spa day. They are very helpful and courteous, sending 2 text reminders of your appointment with specific time (never a half hour time frame) beforehand. They will cancel your appointment if you are late. This is reasonable, as all of their other appointments for the day shouldn’t have to wait just because you couldn’t be on time. I highly recommend.

I have never had any issues with their service and they get my dog done very quickly ussually within 1-1.5 hours. There are times when they contact me to see if I want to bring her in earlier which is great! I used to have to wait 4 to 6 hours to pick up my dog at the old place that I went to. Also filled with the price is extremely reasonable.

I found the groomers at Pet Bath & Beyond to be very professional, and helpful. We talked about my golden doodle, and what type of groom I would like. They gave me helpful suggestions! The result was GREAT! Ace looks like a proud dog, and well taken care of at Pet Bath & Beyond! A great place to have pets groomed! Ron Powell THANKS
