I have always called Jern’s to fix my furnace when we have had problems with it and they have always been very reliable and prompt and have always fixed the problem.
I called Jern’s last week to give me an estimate on a new air conditioner and Bob was there within hours to give me that estimate and go over all the options they had. He was very helpful and reasonable. We decided to get an air conditioner and they were there to install it in less than a week. They did a wonderful job with the install, and they were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Jern’s in the future!
A fantastic family run business. I have used them for years for both my personal home and business needs. Their work is efficient and always well done. Twice I have needed emergency help and they showed up within a couple hours.
Our furnace quit working while it was VERY cold last week. I called Jern's and Bob (the owner) arrived within 30 minutes. They installed our new furnace the next day (Friday). There was an issue of some kind (not their fault) and they had to return on Monday to fix it. They came on Monday as promised and the furnace has been working perfectly. Bob and his employees were friendly and efficient. We are very pleased. Would recommend Jern's to anyone.
