I explained to him where I had heard the mouse activity and the bait I had for it must have worked like a miracle because he found it behind the stove, eliminating the problem before it escalated. He got rid of it before it started its decaying process, saving us from a potentially hazardous situation. Even though we tend to only get one mouse every year, we didn’t want to take any chances and risk our home becoming a haven for unwanted critters. I had them bat-proof our home following many bats entering our home. Months later we were still having bat issues. They returned up to three more times to ensure our home was sealed and bats could not enter. Great service and personable.
