“One day before another snowstorm (thanks polar vortex) and near 0 Temps our furnace decided it wanted a vacay. Called these fine folks and Mike was here in less than 2 hours. He taught me how to determine the issue via the number of times the red light blinks and if I could correct the situation myself. This one turned out to be an easy fix.
