We used Great Midwestern Home Inspections for our first house and Steve was THE BEST. Our situation was a little unique since we did the inspection after we got the keys (that Ames housing market is rough). Steve still conducted our inspection like we were still buyers and was professional, knowledgeable & so friendly. His inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. He took the time to answer all our questions & gave us some great recommendations. Highly recommend. 10/10 Also, my husband & I work remotely and I hardly even noticed Steve when he was checking things & testing the appliances. The one time I heard Steve was when one of our cats decided to help out & Steve asked for our cat’s expert opinion. “What do you think kitty?” Cat meows. “I agree. Let’s check it out.” So sweet 😂🥰
