“We've been taking our 3 dogs here for several years. All the staff here have always been kind amd show great concern for our pets health. Dr. Hong has been especially understanding of our fears of putting our senior dog under anesthesia. He provided us with pain medicine and antibiotics to help manage his pain. Sadly our senior rescue has a lot of dental issues. But we have decided to move forward with oral surgery knowing Dr. Hong will monitor him closely. We are sorry to hear he's leaving ?“

“I would highly recommend going here! Everyone is very professional and helpful. I was met with a smile by The receptionist Katie and she got me checked in and I was in an Exam room within minutes. The tech I had was named Kenzie and she was lovely throughout the whole visit! I was given an estimate of the visit in the exam room before the doctor coming in which I appreciated a lot. It’s nice to know what to expect. The doctor that took care of my dog was named Dr. Williams and he was fantastic! My dog is a bit shy and he was so welcoming and comforting to her. The exam was thorough and the dr made sure to answer all my questions and educate me on next steps for my baby! On top of the exceptional customer care/ pet care I received, this clinic is very clean and organized. If you’re needing somewhere to take your pet, take them to Altoona Veterinary Hospital!“

“Dr. Kelsey was so comforting and kind during my visit where I had to say goodbye to my baby. She let me have all the time I needed and made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the process. Dr. Kelsey took the time to explain the X rays of my cat and the options I had. My fur baby was seen at Creature comfort his whole life, and they always took great care of him. They were not pushy at all when it came to the decision that had to be made. They supported me through said decision and showed my family and my baby so much love. Highly recommend for lifetime care as well as end of life care.“
