All the staff are so caring & invested in my kitties. Dr. Ball and the vet techs sit with me for 30 minutes to an hour each visit, eager to answer any questions and explain all test results & treatment options. There are measures in place to ensure my kitties can swiftly go to their room - which is quiet and calm - avoiding exposure to other animals, which has historically been upsetting for them. Dr. Ball offers numerous treatment options and alternatives to hospitalization at Blue Pearl, which would have been too expensive for us to afford. I never write reviews but these guys deserve it! We have 2 cats and these people could not be more compassionate for any of our concerns. They'd sit down on the floor with me and my cats and address every concern and question I have about their welfare. Yes, its a little pricier than my last vet, but I am happy to pay a little extra for the comfortability and satisfaction that I get with their care. Never once have i felt rushed or like I left with unanswered questions. This is the first time I have found that in a vet and I am so glad to have found them.

Update: man, oh, man do I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I lost a furry family member recently and they have been the most supportive vet clinic I've ever been to. My lil fur baby was my everything and losing him was hard enough, but then to have to turn around and worry about the cost of cremation. I bring him in, they take him back, and they come back out with his paw imprints in a special little case! After that they said there was no cremation fee, because of how small he was (he was a ferret). Then today I get a card of condolences in the mail with signatures on it.
