I knew Staci when she was with Cost Cutters. I followed her to the east side of Des Moines. Moved away and in that time Staci left Cost Cutters. It took me 2 1/2 years to find her. She has changed. I had an appointment with her 3 weeks ago. I was there before my 11:00 appointment but no Stacy. By 11:30 I left her a message and Jess texted her but nothing. I was going out of town the next day so wanted my hair to look nice. Jess went ahead and cut it for me. I reached out to Staci again and nothing. Jess was suppose to find out what happened. Nothing. Jess is wonderful. She has been so helpful in accommodating my disabled companion. Always interactive and happy, helping us to have a great experience. Hair services are excellent. Jess didn't even laugh at my novice clipper skills I performed on my own hair, totally salvaged my mess. ?

Tiana is newer to the salon and new to Iowa, but a hair veteran- she is amazing! She seems to always know what I want, and perfects my color and cut every single time. I highly recommend booking with her, because her client book will fill fast with her skill!Services: Hairstyling
