?John Wagler came to the building, listened, walked the roof, and gave us a fair quote on a four-sided metal hip roof with a 40 year guarantee. He said they would keep the tenants safe, keep the grounds free of debris. When complications came up, they handled them expertly at no extra cost. This is an outstanding company.
