The clinic is efficient, with online scheduling and short wait times. Providers like Dr. Tray and Sarah are compassionate and knowledgeable, taking the time to address patients' needs. The staff is also skilled at handling prescriptions, making it a convenient and trustworthy option for patients.
Everyone was great from the front desk staff to the nurses. The Dr was awesome. Not very often do you find one that has a good sense of humor and when you’re not feeling well it’s a bright spot in your day. He was also very knowledgeable and seemed like he actually cared. By far the best urgent care in the area hands down!!!
I didn't go in with much hope. My last few medical appointments in the area have been atrocious. (Not unity point)
I had never tried this particular location and switched from mercy one.
Everyone was very helpful, prompt, efficient. I felt the provider knew her stuff, took time to listen and was very courteous. They also were very prompt in calling in medications.
I would highly recommend this location and overall, this health group. I really appreciate how well this went.
The only place I’m going from now on!! I made an appointment online and didn’t have to wait once I got there! Courtney & her team were so amazing! From the second I walked in I received compassion and care from every staff member I met. They talked me through everything they would be doing and how long test results take to get back.
