My daughter had an ear infection, and I knew it! The facility at the Bett Plex would not see her bc it was 15 mins until close and they said all 4 rooms were used. They suggested maybe the Duck Creek location would be able to see her. I called on my way and they said ABSOLUTELY bring her in. (They also closed in 15mins)
They were all so sweet so swift and so generous with their time and understanding. And my daughter DID infact have a DOUBLE ear infection.
I will be going to the Duck Creek location from now on and I can't say enough good things about ARNP Lovdahl.
My family and I are traveling from out of town and forgot our nebulizer supplies for our daughter who is 3 and has cystic fibrosis. I called to ask for help finding a location to sell me the supplies I need for my daughters daily treatments. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Really impressed with the service at this location!
Everyone was great from the front desk staff to the nurses. The Dr was awesome. Not very often do you find one that has a good sense of humor and when you’re not feeling well it’s a bright spot in your day. He was also very knowledgeable and seemed like he actually cared. By far the best urgent care in the area hands down!!!
