I have been a member on and off at the gym since I was a teenager and I have never once had any issues. I love the variety and accessibility to all the different equipment. The staff has always been helpful and positive and never made me feel uncomfortable.

Was a good stop in for some fitness while I was driving back from Chicago the Superman girls on the wall of the workout room were a really cool touch and the visit was free. They even have a sauna.

This is a true all around gym. They have everything you could need. From cardio to heavy lifting. It's like adventureland for fitness peeps. I drive half hour past 5 or 6 other gyms to get there because it is that damn good..... the owners and staff are awesome. Smoothie bar for after you done a well stocked supplement inventory... tanning ... sauna..... I could go on and on about the place but ya need to go yourself!
