I am experienced with 40 years of being a DIY guy, and have installed my own HVAC systems on several of our remodels as we grew up back near Chicago, so am no novice. He clearly explained what was wrong with the system I had installed previously and gave me a great recommendation on a new system that would fix all of my issues.
