For $490 ( we do not have a big house) I would expect my house to be cleaned from top to bottom as promised. It was not!! 4 ladies and a supervisor walked into my house at 1:04 and left at 3:02. It should have been spotless. After an email with pictures and videos I received a “I’ll let my manager know” email 8 days later. I asked for my key to be returned. It came 10 days later in a blank piece of paper. No apologies, no follow up. NOTHING! They took my money but did not provide the service promised. I would definitely not recommend this service.

Terrible high cost for low quality cleaning and attentiveness. After two cleanings- and $900, our house is moderately clean. This includes them having to return after each cleaning to attend to items they forgot or didn’t clean well enough. It was way too much work managing their poor quality.
