Unfortunately I had very disappointing customer service experience. I am currently the second owner, of the previous warranty for a roof installed 4 years ago. The previous owner of my house advised that he had used Iossi Sinding and Windows for the installation of his brand new roof.I contacted the company inquiring for the warranty rules/qualifications. During my first phone conversation I was right the way advised that I have no rights to the warranty since I am a second owner and that most likely is a chimney or shingle problem and it will cost $150 for someone to come and look at it.
