I’ve literally become obsessed with Hotworx since starting it over a year ago. It’s such a good workout in a short amount of time and also super mentally relaxing after a long day. Love this studio too!

HOTWORX Bettendorf is the best!! Great facility and even better staff! This studio is a friendly and inviting environment. I saw huge results in my workouts using the infrared saunas and felt great after each session!

This is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained Hotworx I’ve visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the members create such a positive, supportive atmosphere. Every visit feels like a boost for both body and mind. If you want a top-notch workout in a spotless, inviting space — this is the place!
