HOTWORX has been a game changer for my health. Since starting HOTWORX I am down 20 pounds and have maintained. My sciatic has only given me a few issues when it use to be an issue every other month. And the reset with the infrared at the end of a long day is just the energy I need to keep up with my busy kids schedules.

Joining Hotworx has been one of the best decisions I made in 2021. The staff is friendly and were very welcoming from the very beginning. They are always working hard to make sure the studio is kept clean and all equipment is in working order. I never feel like it's a task to head to the studio to catch a work out, whether it be a quick HITT or several sessions back to back. If you were on the fence come in and give it a try, you won't be sorry!

I love HOTWORX! I’ve been going for the last 8 months, and this is the most consistent I’ve been with a workout routine ever. The feeling after a good workout has been addicting and it’s what has kept me going back! Recommend HOTWORX to everyone!
