Not super happy with my experience here. I like to give the benefit of the doubt: someone had a bad day, it just got lost in the shuffle, whatever it may be. I don’t usually leave reviews either. But this is not ok.

I did all of my prep, took PTO, spent money to get the prep, didn’t eat for 36 hours, and they cancelled my colonoscopy and endoscopy without notifying me. There was a note on the door saying they were closed from the snow and weather. Someone was there to put that note on the door, they could have called their patients for the day to let them know to stop prep. Or an automatic text. I was referred here by my OBGYN and was hesitant to go, but knew it could bring light to possible health issues so eventually agreed to the referral and I was scheduled with Dr. Rama. During my initial visit, I felt like the appointment was very rushed and it was a goal of some sort to end up with scheduling me for both an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I expressed my concerns, hesitations, etc., and it just did not feel like the doctor was genuinely interested in helping me.

The day of the procedure was exactly the same. I was called in earlier because of a cancelation but you would have thought they were back logged with how quickly everything was moving around....read full review

Loved my doctor and nurses! They were always so kind and fun! They actually care and want you to be as comfortable as possible. They were patient and never made me feel uncomfortable. Amazing experience for something that previous doctors made me feel ashamed and insecure about. I would recommend this place to everyone! Dr. Liu is the best!!
