Russ at the Bettendorf location in the Flooring department was excellent to work with when we decided to get carpet! Highly recommend him and his caring disposition. We are happy to have chosen Home Depot to work with and Russ made our experience nearly perfect!! Thank you again Russ!

I won't give Home Depot any rating except a negative. Ordered a saw three times before Christmas and when I finally got it it was the wrong one again. Did another through them last year and couldn't get it right. They lost me for ever coming back to Home Depot.
