We've used Banowetz twice now for tile and they've been great to deal with. They were very accommodating with our timeline, quick to respond and the service was terrific from picking out the tile to getting it installed. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I didn't actually order flooring from these folks YET. However, while dealing with a problem with another local flooring company, I stopped in to get quotes and ask questions re: wood flooring at the recommendation of our co-worker. The sales lady was helpful and honest re: General information about wood floors and flooring distributors. I let her know that I wasn't sure this would result in us buying from them because we wanted to resolve the issue with the other business. She actually provided information that seemed neutral and in line with the what the other company was telling us.
