they do a great job, and are honest about what they can and can't do, but if you use track as a carrier they may not be able to fix it but they certainly will do everything possible to repair phones. I'm thankful that they could fix the one I dropped out of a tree though.
Brought in an old original Xbox (2002) to this team. They don’t technically fix that device on their website but they thought they could fix it. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had the parts and the fix within 2 weeks (beating the Christmas Deadline).
Very upfront with their prices. Would recommend to everyone.
Great customer service and did a wonderful job with my phone. Even tho there were technical difficulties that made the wait longer, they helped find a screen protector for my phone after everything was fixed so the screen wouldn't break so easily again
