They were very helpful I went to 2 places before that couldnt help me. I walked in and they had it figured out in a couple minutes. I thought I was going to spend a lot to fix my fold 4 screen but they found that it was under warranty still and saved me money. If you have a samsung device and it needs any work done to it go here they are great.

After my son got his iPhone all wet in the shower it was not working at all. We tried the rice trick for a few days and nothing. Asurion put the phone in their state-of-the-art dehydrator and sure enough, it was back to normal. For just a small fee my iPhone is saved

Went to assess my Note 10+. It's not charging wireless nor is Tap to Pay working. The associate working on 07/06 around 5pm was very helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely helped in my decision making.
