We took our iPad in there because the charger snapped off and got stuck in the port. There wasn’t a tool that I had at home to be able to get it out. It was near impossible with every little thing I tried. This gentleman had the broken piece out very swiftly. When I asked what we owed him, he said “just leave me a review” What a guy!
