I have been going to the Iowa clinic and only to the IOWA CLINIC since they opened up the facility here in Ankeny. They have been nothing but exceptional go above and beyond help me with each and everyone of my situations and follow up to see how I'm doing. I have several specialist doctors there and all I can give them is 5!!! stars
I wish all my doctor appointments were this great! Everyone was friendly and explained what I would be doing at my appointment. Dr. Trump was also really kind and approachable. He explained the "what, why and how's" of the next tests I'd be doing and I highly recommend this office.
Have been going to the Iowa Clinic here at the Ankeny location as well as the West Des Moines Location for 3 years (we located here from Florida.) I saw Jennifer Perman and her staff of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Dept. today and came away giving them a 5 star rating for: - friendliness - ease of making appointments - future scheduling - and most of all, listening to my concerns. GREAT job to all!
