    Very Disappointed to say the least. Back to Back weeks I had appointments at this location. At least the first time they called me to let me know they couldn't have someone available. This time no phone call no email no nothing just we're closed. Very unprofessional method of running a business. I can understand challenges with staff etc. but to not let your customer know you're going to be closed this is how you lose your client base. So after these two experiences I'm done

    The store has a sign up that the store is closed and doesn’t say it is reopening. We were scheduled for a Diva day last Saturday and when we got there the store was closed. The sign says to text the owner but she is not responding to text messages or calls. We can only use our gift certificate at the Ankeny store so guess that is no longer good. Explain that to a 5 year old. That is some bad customer service.

    Typically I have a good experience, however today I did not have one paying . The stylists were great. The receptionist was very rude and impatient. She may not have realized it, but she asked me twice if it was just the haircuts in which I replied “yes”. I told her I had a birthday coupon and she read me my total. I was the only person in line. I couldn’t find the coupon because I’m trying to also make sure my kids don’t break anything . His birthday is in your log in system - I asked “must I have the email” as she was clearly in a hurry (not sure why) and replied with “yes” . Do I really need my coupon for gasp (an entire 2$ off) when his birthday is in your system as you sent me the email and it’s on his log in? Encouraging more grace here and more patience. It’s just sad that she didn’t simply take the initiative to simply take 2$ off for a birthday, but I had to ask and dig for a coupon only to be told told no when you have access to the fact that he has a birthday this week - just an inconsiderate business practice. We won’t be back - and we’ve came for years . .

    I have now taken both of my sons here for haircuts and I'm always happy with the haircuts. My youngest has fine, curly hair, so it's nice to have a place that I trust for his haircuts. The stylists are fast, patient, and always listen to what I want. They are good at making recommendations for my son's hair but they aren't pushy and only give advice if I ask.

    My son has only come here twice, but I've been very happy with the results both times. Both ladies that cut his hair did an excellent job. It's clear they are used to working with kids as they are great at moving fast, but being patient at the same time. We'll be back again next time he needs his hair cut!

    Took my 18 month old and it was the best experience he had getting his hair cut! Staff were friendly and did a great job. Will definitely be going again.

    We always have a quick and easy time here. Even tho my kiddo isn’t super fond of haircuts, the stylists are always really patient and get the job done
