Thankful to have Pure as an oasis when life gets stressful. Carly is the literal BEST and I will never stop driving to see her no matter how far I move away. Not only is she great at what she does (I love my hair every time I’m leaving Pure), but she is caring, empathetic, and a joy throughout the entire appointment. Had a consultation today with Samra, completely free! I've been wanting handtied invisible bead hair extensions since last November when I originally had my first consultation and she was super helpful with having a lot of information as to what would work best for me when it comes to my hair. She allowed me to show her pictures and videos of what I was wanting and never once said "oh no we can't do that here, too complicated" like I have had with stylists elsewhere. She color matched me perfectly and allowed me to see ALL options and allowed ME to decide rather than being pushy or deciding for me like I have had happen with past stylists elsewhere. After color matching she walked through pricing with me for multiple options starting with the most expensive to the least expensive and was 100% upfront and honest with me about everything, she stated how much I'd be paying for the hair alone and how much I'd be paying for the service to get them installed. Very short and straight to the point but including all the details at the same time. She also didn't pressure me into making a purchase and was willing to give me as much time as I needed to decide to do whatever I wanted. She also explained to me how to take care of the certain extensions I am getting and allowed me to ask questions and answered all of them perfectly. I honestly haven't felt like I've been in better hands and I am looking forward to our appointment to finally get the extensions installed!! 100% recommend Samra, super knowledgeable and sweet!
Great atmosphere! I make the 30 minute drive to Pure because the service is great and my stylist, Merideth, does an amazing job. I leave the shop feeling beautiful and pampered every time! I highly recommend!
