One of the most pleasant places in the Des Moines metro. These suites all individually feel like home. From the suites to the businesses that make each space unique. Collectively one of my favorite groups to visit and to work alongside. What a beautiful place, truly a blessing !

Love salon Phenix there are so many different businesses all in one space. They have hair cutting, waxing, barbering, styling, Botox , lip injections, weight loss assistance. You will definitely find something for you or your family here. I now rent a suite and run my business here as well and everyone is great at networking and referrals amongst the owners. If someone’s sick or on vacation they will ask around and get you in with someone else at the shop for your services if possible. It’s a great community you will be glad you came!
