Logan was super friendly and did an amazing job on our shower (converted from tub to walk in). He got to work right away & got the install completed in one day, was careful to remove or cover items in bathroom to prevent dust accumulation, consulted with us to ensure the fixtures were installed to our preference. The shower feels very solid, is spacious, & beautiful! The consultant, Jeff, was also friendly, helpful, & patient during the decision making process. If i ever decide to redo the primary bath, i wont hesitate to call Midwest Bath.

From the quick response to filling out the online form requesting a free consultation (sent form on weekend, got call Monday to schedule consult that day) right down to Jackson completing our walk-in shower install in one day today…Midwest Bath Company has gone above and beyond!!! Kelly, sales rep, truly listened to exactly why I was wanting to do the remodel of our tub/shower to a walk-in. That being said, he didn’t waste my time presenting options to me that I wasn’t wanting - or trying to upsell me to getting a shower door when I just wanted a shower bar to hang a curtain. As a customer in need to make a high dollar decision with a tight timeframe, Kelly was very easy to get a hold of with questions or changes needed to my order. Needing the remodel done by October 23, they were able to get me scheduled for install on Friday, October 10th!! Jackson was the installer. And he was very easy to work with in explaining what was needing done and specifics on how I wanted things installed. And he guaranteed to have the job done TODAY…and wasn’t leaving until done. He got here about 9:30 am and worked straight through, completing by 5:30. Again, I can’t say enough great things about Midwest Bath Company!! As a person needing to make a high dollar decision quickly, I truly appreciated Kelly and Jackson for how well they represented this company. Thank you 🙏
