Wonderful Dr and staff. I was in severe pain and he helped me recover. My concerns were if he still has the open set up he’s violating hippa rules. Everyone waiting for appointment could easily listen to my visit. Also ii have Medicare and supplement which has always covered my visits in full . Treatment same . But I then got $900 bill from him which Medicare and supplement did not pay . .? Very odd. I used to review chiropractor claims. I started inquiring and staff told me they forgot to have me sign a paper so I don’t have to pay. I’ve never had these extra charges billed like this before and am concerned for others. I came here with lower back muscle spasms. I have been to over 7 chiropractors. A lot requiring you to come back again, or fixing you well enough that you are good temporarily & then need to visit. I told them from the get go, my goal would be to adjust what needs to be & be able to visit as little as possible. My lower back injuries were from high school, and not only did they asses it flaring up again - they took me through everything I needed to do to get myself adjusted & feeling back to myself again. My 12 year old son was diagnosed with Sinding Larsen Johansson syndrome at a walk in sports medicine clinic. They recommended rest. I took him to see Dr. Martin. After evaluating him, he recommended shoe inserts to help him with posture/gait as well as cold laser therapy, stretching, and chiropractic adjustments in addition to reduced activity level. My son felt relief from everything he recommended and we feel this treatment made him more comfortable as well as got him back to being able to be more physically active much sooner. He is still seeing Dr. Martin and getting regular adjustments months later. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his clinic.
