Bridget Ross is my stylist at the North Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny IA Great Clips, and I always phone to find out when she is working. She is worth the wait. I have had a great deal of hair loss, but she knows how to deal with what little hair I do have and is always kind and skillful. My husband also goes to Great Clips and no matter who cuts his hair, they always do a great job. Everyone there is kind and friendly, and they constantly keep the place clean. EXCELLENT business!
We had a great experience here last night! The hair stylist was so kind and gentle with my 4-year-old daughter who had been apprehensive about getting a haircut. My daughter had lots of tangles (from being active earlier in the day) and the stylist gently worked on it all while having a sweet conversation with my daughter. Thank you SO much for the great experience! We will be back!! (I don't remember the stylist's name, but she had reddish long hair.)
I thought the job the stylist was okay, but I felt rushed, She worked very quickly, and when she was done I felt like I was getting evicted from the chair. I kind of like it when the stylist asks me if I like the cut, is it short enough on the sides, etc. before she pulls the apron off me, signaling for me to get out.
