The staff was polite and they were able to get my insurance to pay for almost all the things I wanted on my glasses .wish they could tell their customers about the out of pocket eye scan

The staff is always amazing, so willing to help and always friendly. Very knowledgeable in their job. And Dr. Brooks, I love her. I have never had such an amazing eye doctor. She's funny, personable, thorough, easy going, makes sure you understand everything. Having said all of that though, the prices were a bit of a sticker shock this time. I know that's consistent across all businesses, but they have significantly increased over the last few years. To get in to a pair of glasses, your basic frames and lenses, they are the most reasonable. I changed eye places from last year to EyeMart this yr. Lisa Brooks was helpful and did eye exam very carefully which how should be done, unlike last yr at a different place seemed rushing. She explained some things I didn't know which was very helpful. Great job and thanks again. I get my glasses in a few weeks. I recommend EyeMart and Lisa Brooks - update I went in Friday to get a 2nd pair only dark sunglasses they have to make, lady at front desk was very helpful
