We had the pleasure of repainting the interior walls and trim of Elite Eye Care’s suite in Ankeny, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their entire team was friendly, polite, and incredibly understanding throughout the project. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
What really stood out is that one of our painters even scheduled his own eye exam with them after we wrapped up the project — and he had a wonderful experience as a patient, too. That says a lot about the quality of care they provide!

I miss this place. I had to change this year because my insurance changed and they are no longer in my network. If I ever have them back in my insurance network, I would go back in a heartbeat. Helpful staff, great service.

Do not go here if you need a diabetic eye exam. They do not explain their company policy to not do diabetic eye exams on the same day as a normal eye exam forcing you do pay for 2 appointments.

I have had three interactions since World of Vision was acquired. They are not family-friendly and do not hold the same customer service values as World of Vision. Very process-oriented, and not easy to work with if the situation is outside of the box.
It's incredibly challenging to work with this team as they are not a customer-forward team. I'm so sad they acquired World of Vision, which has excellent customer service.

Received a call from them to collect a debt from 2021 when they were a completely different company Eye Co They failed to charge the correct insurance or reach out to me in 4 years to resolve. They called as a courtesy to notify they will be sending my minor child’s account to collections. So glad to use other providers now. They do not have their head on their shoulders and will charge you for their mistakes and more than happy to ruin a minors credit over it. RUN FAR AWAY YOU’LL GET CHARGED 5 YEARS LATER
**In response to owner— I have never been contacted before 2025, never received bill, past due notice, and my insurance has no claims on record from you. First we’ve ever heard from you was 4 years after the appointment.**

Not sure I will be going back to this store. I do wanna say the doctor was great and my dealings with one of the other employees short hair and glasses very knowledgeable very courteous and nice. But the first time I was helped I felt like she didn't want to be there and not that helpful like she was annoyed. Then I had to pick my glasses up and again felt like she was annoyed same lady and In a hurry cause she had her daughter to get out side for someone waiting.i had questions about my glasses and not helpful and just not pleasant to deal with.
