Thankful for Designed 2 Move! I came initially for help with neck pain and headaches, which were treated quickly and effectively. I was also given ongoing support with home exercises and check-ins so that my progress wasn't lost. I developed a knee injury during this time and was able to do PRP and Shockwave therapy and avoid surgery and further injury. I am amazed at how well my knee feels after such a short time.
