I can't say enough about the care I receive at Designed 2 move! I have had neck pain and limited mobility for 15+ years and was skeptical that anything could be done. Abbi is very knowledgeable and immediately put a plan in place with adjustments and exercises. I am now pain free and have re-gained 100% mobility! The office is a very friendly and personal culture where they truly take the time to get to know their patients. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
When I started coming here I had a hunch and hardly any mobility. Abbi has been great, she's combined adjustments with exercises. I've had 11 visits and I can stand up straight without pain and am actually able to function a lot like I used too years ago before my back injury. Everyone is so great to interact with as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Where do I start!? Abbi has helped me for years now with so many issues. She has always been my first phone call before going to see anyone else. I’ve had upper and lower back pain, strained hamstring, and most recently neck issues (thought it was carpal tunnel!) She has helped me through both pregnancies and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the care she’s given me. Talk about a provider that truly listens to your symptoms and executes a plan to get you back to pain free. Hands down Designed 2 Move is the best around!
