I love this ULTA location. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I specifically want to give a shout out to the stylist Olivia! I went in looking for something to help my damaged hair and needed help. Luckily she didn’t have a client at the time and she took so much time helping me build a routine and explained everything. I came in for a signature haircut and express keratin treatment (after getting a pretty unsatisfactory cut at my usual place - I’m not all that picky but it wasn’t even close to what I asked for!!). My hair is super thick and wavy and I have battled frizziness my entire adult life so I was also ready to try a keratin treatment to see what it could do.
Noelle did the most AMAZING JOB on my hair! She took my photos of what I was looking for and did a cut that seems like it was tailored just for me!! We talked about the fact that my natural wavy texture would come back somewhat after my first shampoo following the keratin treatment (which I was hoping for)....read full review
