I rented with Triplett for 2 years and I had a good experience with them. When we requested maintenance, they were always very fast to help us (sometimes even within the same day). I only ever had a problem with security in the parking lot, which isn’t too big of an issue when you have a dash cam and good neighbors.
I think the rent price was very reasonable, especially in the location that I was in as well as the quality of the unit I rented.

I recently moved in with Triplett Companies, and so far, my experience has been quite good. The entire moving process was very smooth, and everything went well from the beginning.
Since moving in, I have needed help with several different things, and I have called the office several times. Every single time, the staff has been very helpful and has taken the time to answer my questions and help me figure things out. I have also emailed them a couple of times, and I have always received a prompt reply. So far, I have been very happy with their service and have not really had any problems.

Honestly one of the best landlord Iv had. They don’t make a habit of invading your privacy, they are courteous, and worked with me through an extremely odd process of eminent domain forcing me to relocate. Overall I don’t have anything negative to say about my experience with them.
