Have been with them 10+ years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have had them in my basement at 8 pm after the office closed to make sure the problem wasn't in the house. I purchased a router from them that was having issues 2 years after purchase and they exchanged it no questions asked. They also set up the router so you can just go home and plug it in.

I experienced several service outages in 2019 and 2020. In 2021 the service has been reliable. My experiences with the customer service at OpenCom have been pleasant.In 2022, they have both responded to and very promptly resolved on-site issues. The customer service over the phone is very good.Edit: Landlord switched to Mediacom in Spring 2023. My download speed went from 7mbps to 400mbps.
