We had an incredible experience with the ISU vet hospital. We adopted a German Shepherd rescue who has separation anxiety and was pretty severely underweight. They got us in for an appointment within a few days of adopting him and our customer service and care experience was above and beyond. One of the fourth-year ISU students took care of us and she was great, as was the Vet Dr. Jennifer. They were very honest with us but also provided a high level of care. You can tell they care about the animals they serve and are a highly trained team of vets. It's always an added bonus to be able to visit a facility that has students in training--you get the best care all around!

Highly recommend. We are forever grateful to the ICU & Emergency staff for taking care of our pup. He suffered a spinal cord injury & was referred right away to ISU, where he was in the ICU for 2 weeks. The Doctors, Techs, Residents, Therapists & all staff provided Oliver with exceptional care. They were so sweet to him & were so great to work with. They updated us regularly multiple times throughout his stay. They truly saved his life & we are forever grateful! He still has a long road to recovery ahead of him, but we finally have him home, & he wouldn’t be here today without this place.
